"Artichoke Dip"
We serve this awesome dip with our baked Corn Chips. It is also a favorite on our oven baked Pizza dough!
Soften up 3# pounds of cream cheese and add
48 ounces fresh cut spinach
1 1/2 cups of sour cream
2 cups of shredded parmesan cheese
4 cups chopped artichoke hearts
1 1/2 tablespoons of granulated garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons of salt
1 teaspoon of white pepper
1 tablespoon of granulated onion
Mix thoroughly, use immediately or portion and freeze.
Makes 5 pounds, Enjoy!
